“Restlessness is discontent and discontent is the first necessity of progress. Show me a thoroughly satisfied man and I will show you a failure.”

—Thomas Edison

It takes someone really special to pursue the path you have chosen – – to spend so much time and resources to pursue your education and then to devote your life to discovery and service, looking beyond financial rewards and seeking other paths of achievement for fulfillment

Such acute mental activity makes it even harder to quieten the mind to listen within:

Is this true for you?

• when your body tells you to stop to rest or eat – you override all the hunger and tiredness signals;

• when your stress level builds up –  you ignore the stress warnings and power through;

• when your emotions come up – you stuff them down and get on with your work;

• when life get hard – you realize that you do not have the support team around you that you can confide in so you swallow it all.

Never enough – always needing more funding/resources, more information, more publications and other output, more, more, more…

There is relief — and joy — in the most likely of unlikely places.

A horse.

Yes, it’s really that simple. (Well, there will be a human coach, too. And that’s where I come in!)

A horse can change everything inside you. Their hearts are huge and emit a rhythm that brings the human heart into balance — and I mean that physically as well as metaphorically. Being out of balance is not congruent for life let alone happiness. Horses know this on a level our minds won’t let us easily reach.

Don’t know any horses personally? That’s where I can help …

Let me be a resource for you. Let me be the alchemist: I do the research to distill the essence of the best tools for you to improve your life so you can do your work and be the contribution to the world that you want to be. Let me be the horse whisperer that brings you to the well which will refill your spirit.

Let me assist you to transform your knowledge into your unique wisdom as you go out into the world to live your dreams and go beyond your potential.

How it works.

Call to Action for Discovery Call

“Look deep into Nature and then you would understand everything better” Albert Einstein

We begin with a 30 minute phone discovery session — it’s really easy, we just talk and come up with ideas. I will give you some basic information on how the coaching process works and answer your questions. I will also listen. Together we will come up with a plan to connect you with an equine spirit who is the perfect match to guide you forward.

When the time is right for you, you will work with your horse coach and myself. This means your horse coach and I will guide you through an experiential session using the EGCMethod®. During this session, you will be able to process all those things that have been holding you back or causing you discomfort in a safe setting. Limiting beliefs, emotional pain, stress, anxiety, and more will become things you can release and leave at the feet of our equine coaching partner forever — that means you can go back to your passion of research, education, life.

About me …

I am trained as a certified practitioner in the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method, as well as a recommended Instructor in the Eponaquest program. (You can learn what these two programs require for certification and recommendation on our Methods page).

Because I am the only person who has trained in these two elite programs, I can offer my clients a unique amalgamation of their approaches, and the best tools that are available. Since I am constantly on a journey of self-discovery, I will continue expanding my toolbox and share what works efficaciously with my clients.

Before I took the path of coach and guide, I was following a scientific research career in academia, which included a conventional and excellent education, which included studying at CalTech, Harvard, Berkeley with post-doctorate work at the University of Toronto.

I realized that I could contribute more, given my unique talents and temperament, by moving from being a biochemist to an alchemist, and becoming a catalyst for positive change.
